Building My Future is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing the growing shortage of skilled tradespeople in the United States, with a particular focus on youth from underserved and inner-city communities. Our mission is to equip young people with essential trade, life, and workforce readiness skills that expand their career options and empower them to make informed decisions about their future. We believe that exposure to skilled trades at an early age builds confidence, creates opportunity, and challenges the misconception that college is the only pathway to success.
